May 1 - May 28, 1948: (3) Official Stamps I and II (Definitive Type of 1947) - Set of 3 stamps; Overprint in black

 

Denomination: 4c, 10c, 16c with "O.B." on definitive type of 1947

June 19, 1948: Jose Rizal Definitive - Set of 1 stamp; Denomination: 2c stamp; Booklet pane of 6 stamps exists and issued on August 29

October 31, 1948:
